Job Description :
The HR Technical Recruitment Senior Analyst will perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
S / He will source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.
Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles for Technology
Screening applications and candidates' selection
Conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and tracking their profiles in recruitment system
Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics
Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholder group
Cooperating with and providing status to Recruiting Leadership, other Recruiters, HR and Sourcing regarding candidates READ MORE OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
Must have 3 -5 years end to end recruitment experience handling Tech profiles
Excellent communication skills
Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
Regular shift (8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM and 10AM-7PM) *This position is FOR POOLING only!
