Job Description :
Lead and manage high-impact end-to-end projects involving KYC operations and KYC user experience
Identify operational gaps in KYC operations using analytical and conceptual problem solving
Design initiatives that would improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
Monitor improvement and performances of suggested changes and suggest further modifications wherever required
Generate reports and analyze data for productivity and other process-related metrics
Set up visual management boards and monitor their functionality across teams
Requirements :
Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
At least 2-3 years experience in other companies that are related to digital wallet / financing businesses
Strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data well
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel) and Google Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Open to flexible arrangements during campaign / peak seasons
