Assist in the administration, communication and systems support of various employee benefits plans.
What you will be doing
Monthly Transportation and Maternity Allowance.
New Hire Orientation in Cebu (pls include AGORA app)
Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
Employer / Employee Voluntary Contribution
Processing of proceeds with the Trustee and Payroll Team
Monthly Remittance Report
Quarterly Wellness Program and Learning Sessions
VRM process with Risk Team
Onsite Annual Physical Exam (all sites)
Payroll Reports for PH Markets
Action Memos from MMB (eg : site confirmation, pending requirements, etc.)
CMS and PSD Tickets (online helpdesk)
Other administrative tasks (e.g. requirements gathering & et. al.)
What you bring
Skilled in Advanced Excel
With experience in doing end to end benefits administration
With past experience working / dealing with call center agents
