Roles and Responsibilities :
â¢ Handle and manage phone calls / texts with motivated seller leads and manage Pipedrive CRM
â¢ Building rapport and engaging with leads over the phone
â¢ Inbound calls / texts, making outbound follow up calls / texts / emails
â¢ Prospecting by cold calling on a daily basis
â¢ Handle rejections
â¢ Lead tracking, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
â¢ Get pocket listings from real estate agents / realtors who do business in our area
â¢ Responsible for calling and texting back these agents to see if they have any available pocket listings in certain zip codes of our area
â¢ Perform a deal analysis on properties.
â¢ 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
â¢ Great negotiator and have some real estate and customer service experience
â¢ Thick skin and must handle rejection well
â¢ Familiar with "real estate wholesaling
â¢ Familiar with using Pipedrive CRM but will be trained if needed
â¢ Previous experience in speaking with real estate agents who do business with real estate investors
â¢ Well organized and able to work well under pressure
â¢ This position could lead to a full-time position based on performance.
â¢ Incentives and bonuses will be given also, based on performance.

â¢ Reliable phone headset and microphone for phone communications
â¢ Has the ability to multi-task
â¢ Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST
