This position exists to administer specialized benefit plans (retireemedical, STD / FMLA, Tuition, WC, etc) and eligibility interfaces for the companyas well as providing mentoring support to the group.

Other Qualifications / Requirements :
1.Minimum 1-5 years relevant work experience preferably in BPO / Shared Services set-up
2.Bachelor’s degree in any field
3.Intermediate to Advance Excel Skills
4.Good English communication skills required.
5.Exposure in Benefits Administration
6.Functional knowledge in HRIS Tools e.g PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP
