Operations The Operations organization is responsible for ensuring our customers have the smoothest, most delightful post-purchase experience possible, by managing the end-to-end supply chain from logistics, fulfillment, support, and more.

This team is deeply cross-functional and serves as the backbone for the entire company, with every department relying on the team for consistent delivery and optimization of all services we offer.

Italic is seeking an experienced customer experience associate to help us continue delivering an incredible customer and Italic Member experience as we rapidly grow our member base.

Huge plus if you have experience with monitoring and rapidly handling exchanges, replacements, and returns.


  • Serve as the Italic brand voice on the front line with all of our customers
  • Deliver world-class customer support to members and prospective members of Italic
  • Monitor and handle fulfillment inquiries (tracking orders, handling returns / replacements / exchanges)
  • Assist with creating and documenting processes for scaling our customer experience
  • Requirements

  • Strong writing skills, detail-oriented mindset paired with strong empathy
  • Resourcefulness, great problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce
  • Experience with support tools like Kustomer, Gorgias or Zendesk
