  • The Risk Management Lead is responsible for providing service, advice, program direction & implementation to four key areas : Health, Safety, Environment;
  • Business Continuity Program; Data Privacy Compliance; and the Center's Project Management Office.This role shall be directly reporting to the AMEA Center Lead.

    The objective of the role is to drive compliance and develop the capability of the Center to deliver operational excellence through robust control, monitoring, follow up, and feedback on its center wide initiatives

    Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)

    A. Business Continuity Program

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing the Company's business continuity program.
  • The role will support all business continuity planning activities necessary to enable crisis management, as well as meet compliance requirements from the global BCP team.
  • Identify, document and test critical business needs against the Company infrastructure and
  • Identify recovery strategies and gaps.
  • Work with all functional and operational business areas to develop and maintain a corporate wide BCP program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.
  • Develop and execute the maintenance and testing programs for all business plans, Websites, and other information / communication tools.
  • Facilitate and support the execution of the plans at the time of a crisis event.
  • Coordinate and implement programs coming from the global BCP / SSMT Team.
  • B. HSE

  • Accountable for making sure that Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental programs are well-implemented MBSC office.
  • This role will also be critical in ensuring compliance to government agencies in terms of HSE requirements.
  • Champion for OSH & Environment Risk Assessment (HIRAC and EAI)
  • Drive safe working culture at the Office through Safety Coaching, Employee Engagement and Basic Occupational Safety
  • Responsible to implement MDLZ HSE standards and carry out or arrange Office safety audits and inspection
  • Support and ensure that all quality policies and Gov’t audits are conformed with and maintained.
  • Coordinate with the overall HSE & SSMT lead for the Philippines based in Sucat as well as the facilities manager for MBSC.
  • Responsible to conduct specific risk assessments to minimize incident risks and provide recommendations for a quick and cost-efficient issue solutions.
  • Responsible to monitor, report, Incidents including analysis of trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct HSE related training to all MBSC employees
  • Lead and manage ESH Committee and Emergency Response Team.
  • C. Data Privacy Compliance

  • Help ensure our company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR.)
  • Act as point of contact with, supervisory authorities and internal teams.
  • Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company
  • Coordinate with work-stream leads on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Ensure we address all queries from data subjects within legal timeframes by coordinating with global Data privacy team and PH Legal counsel
  • Provide regular Data privacy trainings to all MBSC employees.
  • Coordinate and implement Data Privacy programs coming from the global DPO and PH legal
  • Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years' work experience in HSE programs, implementing BCP and managing Risk and Compliance in a Shared Services / BPO environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and able to deliver timely results
