The Human Resources Assistant will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, Sales Manager, Human Resources Manager, Admin & Accounting Head.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist human resources managers or administrators.
Provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
Gather information on employees’ training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history.
Record this information by hand or on a word processor.
Use the data to update personnel files.
Maintain these and search them for information requested by current and prospective employers and even credit agencies.
Prepare employee reports for managers in the organization.
Arranges for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notifies eligible workers of position availability
Arranges for in-house and external training activities; and
Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
At least 1 year experience as a Human Resources Assistant.
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced written and oral communication skills

15,545.75 + 10% increase after regularization
