Job Description :

  • Manages to run the day-to-day functions of the office and act as an immediate contact person
  • Coordinate with the building admin for maintenance issues of general repair and checking up on facilities
  • Implements building and office house rules to corresponding tenants; coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Provides lead supervision over administrative staff; coordinates and supervises work assignments
  • Create, update, and maintain a systematic / organized filing of personnel records, financial records, relevant documents and other data in both hard and soft copy
  • Requirements :

  • Must have 3-5 years experience in office administration or in a similar function
  • Must be a college graduate preferably a major in Office Management or Business Administration
  • Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities and / or handling service office is an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills, including Google / Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to learn and adapt new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
