  • Oversees recruitment and onboarding efforts for zennya health and wellness service providers and staffing for internal team
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Provide innovative approaches for Independent Business Owners / Self-Employed Individuals in regards to Personal Savings, Work Insurance, and Government Benefit Programs.
  • Create, update, and maintain handbook on zennya's policies and procedures that align the personnel with the strategic goals of the company
  • Manage and enhance our systems and processes to manage people-related data to aid in better-decision making and compliance
  • Leads ancillary tasks including daily office administration, in-house HR functions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all personnel-relations issues
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant employment / labor laws and regulations
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks that that may be assigned from time to time
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with excellent marks from a top university;
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Human Resources or People Development role
  • Tech-savvy and has an aptitude for performance data and human resource metrics
  • Adept in handling administrative responsibilities and / or handling service office is an advantage
  • Willing to learn and adapt new skills
  • Critical thinking and high level of project ownership
  • Must be willing to work on some weekends
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
