We’re always looking out for the best in the industry and we are hoping that you are one of those. We are currently in need of a City Manager for Metro Manila.

The role will primarily focus on building and growing a passionate and capable local team to provide magical delivery experience to the customers and various partners.

Furthermore, the City Manager will be closely working with and managing the Operations teams Driver Operations, Merchant Operations, Delivery Operations and Business Development.

Likewise, will also be coordinating with cross functional departments, like Marketing, Customer Operations, Data and Tech to ensure the smooth flow of any initiative or project.

What you'll do :

  • Will handle the total operations in Metro Manila
  • Take ownership of the day to day Operations to ensure parameters are met from customer order placement to delivery
  • In charge of maintaining the company’s operations to ensure maximum profit
  • Responsible for the financial and key operational metrics of all the departments under the City Operations
  • Responsible for the overall operational strategy through data analytics, project management, and P&L management
  • Oversee all the business critical initiatives, both the supply and demand to generate growth and profitability
  • Design strategies that consider market and competitive analysis, and customer segment penetration plans that support business growth and enhance brand equity
  • Analyze financial and customer information, research the consumer market and evaluate the cost of running the business
  • At the end of the day, must be able to recommend if operations need changing
  • Establish, maintain, and manage good relationships with the customers, merchants, drivers, and prospects
  • Able to hire, develop and mentor the local teams and committed to the delivery of the highest level of service.
  • The must haves

  • A bachelor’s degree holder with 3-5 years eCommerce start up experience driving fast growth in a management role
  • Obsession in providing the best user experience and aligning every part of the team behind that obsession
  • Data driven to diagnose and prioritize the most important problems and also identify and validate solutions
  • Excellent communicator and leader, with the ability to inspire, lead, educate and influence local team and also cross-functional teams to get results
  • Strong process management with ability to visualize, manage and improve processes at great granularity
  • Strong operator with ability to implement initiatives effectively and efficiently over a lark network
