Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers with concerns regarding their accounts. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs over the phone.


  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and / or Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Meet individual / team targets and metrics
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and within the set time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process customer accounts and keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    1. Finished at least two years in college. with or without call center experience
