    Responsibilities :

    Strategizes and writes content (short and long forms) for recruitment marketing initiatives including but not limited to internal email blasts, social media, video scripts, events, etc

    Makes sure creativity and content are relevant to the times, audience, platform and are aligned with TaskUs brand guidelines

    Ensures content vision and objectives are attained with Creatives' final output

    Conducts research on advertisements and marketing executions in the BPO industry and outside of it (FMCG, retail, food service, etc)

    WFH but willing to travel as needed

    Qualifications :

    Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications, Advertising

    Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency

    Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

    Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually

    Comfortable working independently with a bit of direction under tight deadlines

    Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar

    Strong attention to detail

    Experience with various social networks and platforms for advertisement purposes

    An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
