Position : Mandarin Technical Support Specialist

Type of job : Voice

Location : Makati City

Schedule : Dayshift (9am -6pm, 10 7pm or 11am 8pm)

Industry : Technology Company

Salary : P40,000-P65,000 Max

Duties :

  • Act as an interpreter for the instructions and issues and implementation of actions according to company policies and procedure.
  • Assist customers in installing the company products.
  • Resolveā€™s customer technical issues.
  • Perform web content management tasks based on Tech Support guidelines.
  • Perform other related job tasks assigned by the Manager / Supervisor.
  • Requirements :

  • Open for fresh graduates of IT / Computer Engineering or other related courses.
  • At Least 1 year strong technical background / Call center with ISP or web hosting account experience are preferred but not required.
  • Must be speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin.
  • Bachelor Degree only
  • Willing to work in Makati and can start ASAP.
  • Open for Native in the Philippines, can process Visa
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.
  • Plus :

  • Should have an interest in IT and be good at researching and solving technical problems.
  • Sound knowledge of Windows Servers( 2003 and 2008, Exchange)
  • Comfortable with using command-lines both for Linux terminal and windows command prompt (preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Windows Servers, experience with LINUX, Knowledgeable about different kinds of Web Servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.
  • preferred but not required.
  • Recruitment Process :

  • HR Interview
  • Assessment exam (we will send a separate email for the relevant exams once needed)
  • Interview with hiring manager (possible phone language assessment in addition, depending on hiring manager decision) 4 interviewers (1 Chinese, 3 Filipino)
  • Sample Question : What is your strength and weaknesses

    How do you handle stress

    Situational question like escalation from clients

    Final interview with General Manager
