Job Summary : Executive Assistant shall provide consultative, research and advisory service to the Association’s President & CEO.

He or she will also be tasked with variety of administrative duties and responsibilities for the Office of the President.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • 1.Keep and maintain documentation of activities of the Office of the President;
  • 2.Manage mostly business-related tasks for the Office of the President such as creating reports, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks;
  • 3.Conduct research and data / document preparation on subject(s) that may be assigned by the President & CEO, and to effectively present the same for review of different Departments and / or Committees of the Association;
  • 4.Assists in apprising the Office of the President on new and relevant legal and / or jurisprudential developments that will likely affect the operations of the Association;
  • 5.Maintains documentation of laws and other regulations relative to the activities of the Association;
  • 6.Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

    7.Assist in implementing directives, orders and instructions of the President and CEO.

  • 8.Monitors and as necessary, coordinates activities of other departments with the Office of the President;
  • 9.Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the President and CEO informed of the operation and progress of the activities assigned to him / her;
  • 10. Assists in reviewing / drafting contracts and other corporate documents;
  • 11.Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Association.

    Skills and Qualifications :

    1.The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, with Accounting or Law background.

    2.He / she must have the ability to organize daily workload by priorities.

    3.He / she must have good and effective communication skills, both written and oral, particularly in the context of delivering clear and concise recommendations and feedback.

    4.He / she must have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

    5.He / she must possess strong analytical, and management and problem-solving skills.

    6.He / she must have the ability to work effectively, under pressure, as well as autonomously as an effective member of a dynamic team.

    7.He / she must be persuasive with details and facts.

    8.He / she must have excellent organizational and time management skills.

    9.He / she must have knowledge in computer applications.

    10.He / she must have the abililty to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

    11.He / she must be professional to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

    12.He / she must be professional and work with the highest degree of integrity.
