We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is comfortable working and collaborating within the Agile methodology as part of a cross-functional team to join User and Access Management (UAM) group.

The position will focus on the area of Identity and Access Management, one of the key pillars of cybersecurity and an important service that delivers value to our entire organization on a global scale.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will focus on continuous improvements and support of our UAM Platform. You will also be cross trained as an Identity Engineer and be accountable for application onboarding to our platform so they can leverage on our identity services.

The role will challenge you to work on various key development projects involving the following : integration, REST API, site reliability engineering, public cloud, and lastly, data analytics.

To be successful in this role you are or will need to have :

  • strong programming and problem-solving skills with at least one general purpose programming language, Java preferred
  • solid experience in Agile development processes and DevOps culture
  • strong experience working in cloud computing environments (AWS preferred)
  • knowledge and experience with API design and development
  • experience with continuous integration and relevant tools, such as Git and Atlassian products like Bitbucket / Bamboo / Jira / Confluence, etc.
  • strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able to self-manage work
  • strong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving ability
  • good communication skills and ability to work with a geographically distributed team
  • proven ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with both business and technical colleagues (written and verbal)
  • It would be a great advantage if you also have :

  • More than 3-5 years of relevant IT work experience
  • Experience developing and supporting solutions on Cloud Computing (e.g. AWS, Google, Azure or similar cloud platforms).
  • experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar Identity and Access Management tool (preferred)
  • experience with system monitoring and logging tools (e.g. AppDynamics, Splunk, CloudWatch)
  • experience on coding with either RDMBS or NoSQL database / cache
  • knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, firewalls, and load balancers
  • experience in Ping Federate or similar product
  • Working knowledge in using code repositories and source control such as Git and Stash. Experience using issue tracking applications such as JIRA or similar product
  • Knowledge and experience using Robotic Process Automation tools such as OpenSpan / Pega, Blue Prizm and / or Unified Functional Testing(UFT)
