s looking for Hybris Specialist who will join their growing team in Bonifacio Stopover, BGC, Taguig City .

The Philippines site, located at the Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, is the third and final Global Service Center (GSC) of 3M Company , which will bring all the advantages of the GSC model to the Asia Pacific region.

  • It is responsible for optimizing 3M Company's delivery of transactional services in the region, and essentially strengthens 3M Company'
  • s operations around the world, as all three GSCs will work together to bring the highest level of service no matter where they are.

    3M Service Center will partner with the other GSCs to provide around-the-clock global service. It will host activities ranging from, among others, sourcing, IT, Finance, human resources, all of which are IT-enabled.

    3M Global Service Center in the Philippines intends to provide a full range of IT-enabled Business Process Outsourcing IT-enabled professional services in Finance, Sourcing, Human Resources, and IT solutions from the Philippines , for 3M Company, such as :

  • Record-to-Report - Processing of Financial Transactions that include Accounts Receivables processing, Payments processing, Fixed Assets and Projects processing, General Ledger and Month end closing activities and Reporting;
  • Source-to-Pay

  • Processing of Sourcing transactions related to Vendor PO and Vendor Invoice Processing;
  • Hire-to-Retire

  • Human resource transaction support services;
  • Master Data

  • Master data management;
  • Global Operations Support

  • SAP Global Operations Support services that include the areas of IT support, SAP Incident and Change Request management; and
  • Business Services

  • Processing of activities related to Customer Service e.g. account management, standard pricing and maintenance, customer data management.

    ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The bCom Team Lead has overall responsibility for the delivery of bCom functionality - leading a team of developers, performing code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, and leveraging a broad overview of hybris and 3M'
  • s SAP landscape to solve complex technical issues. Preferred candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, including prior experience with hybris eCommerce

    As Hybris Specialist , you are expected to do the following tasks :

  • Provide direct supervision to assigned employees and work direction across all in the Service Center, providing coaching, training and development, to assigned resources
  • Participate with IT Leadership in the development of strategic plans and improvement opportunities to drive development process and operational effectiveness
  • Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate groups within GSCs and 3M
  • Accountable for completion of all communication activities back to the client (while communication may be executed by others, manager is accountable for the completion of communication activities)
  • Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Design and deploy solutions for bCom
  • Ensure the delivered solution matches global business requirements
  • Support the build activities thru lean agile process
  • Ensure completeness of code review process prior to deployment
  • Support and Lead Deployment, Optimization and defect reduction activities of the global bCom solution
  • Ensure deliverables throughout the project phases have consistency and quality
  • Basic

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hybris ecommerce
  • Prior experience with hybris modules and features such as shopping cart, checkout, WCMS, backoffice, hMC, hAC
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java / J2EE and Spring framework
  • Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as DynaTrace
  • Prior experience and strong familiarity with data modeling concepts
  • Understanding of hybris PIM
  • Experience in working with search engines (e.g. SOLR, Endeca search)
  • Experience in working with ehcache mechanism in hybris to optimize application performance
  • Experience with SQL query development and tuning
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Should be a knowledgeable Scrum Master, preferably on SaFE Agile and have strong experience in managing application development teams under the distributed agile framework.

    Preferred

  • Experience on integrating Sales Solution Configuration system for configurable products with hybris application
  • Previous experience integrating external payment gateways to eCommerce systems
  • Previous experience integrating external pricing / taxation systems to eCommerce systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / javascript
  • Previous experience integrating hybris eCommerce with other external CMS based applications (e.g. Adobe AEM, Websphere Portal)
  • Prior consulting experience implementing 3-4 hybris eCommerce projects from design through deployment phases
  • Familiarity with order management systems (e.g. sterling OMS, SAP OMS)
  • Prior experience designing end to end architecture of ecommerce applications based on hybris
  • Experience in setting up, working in, and designing for a highly-available clustered environment
  • Prior experience building and / or integrating hybris OCC v2 web service APIs
  • Experience with log analysis tools such as Splunk
  • Experience with Linux
  • Project management skills, Project Management certification is a plus
  • Good judgment, and decision-making skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver results in a high pressure, high profile environment
  • Proven ability to identify, focus, and own high priority tasks and deliver results to project timelines
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Amenable to be assigned on regular working hours (9AM - 6PM / 8AM - 5PM)
