JOB PURPOSE Develops and implements all sales plans, programs, and operational activities, to achieve sales revenue goals and grow the Dealer network and revenues per Dealer in the assigned territory.
Selects, Develops, and coaches the business development teams towards high levels of performance and career growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develops sales strategies for the covered branches in the assigned territory.
Plans and implements business development activities for growing the Dealer Network in the assigned territory and increasing revenues per Dealer.
In coordination with Franchise Operations, nurtures mutually beneficial relationships with Branch Operator Managed branches and ensures these partners receive appropriate support, advise, and training.
Acts as the Regional point of coordination with Head Office Management and the support groups such as Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and HR.
Works together with Branch Operations to achieve common revenue and financial goals. Hires, coaches, and develops Business Development Managers / Officers / Assistants in the branches and ensures that high performing business development teams are coached and motivated to achieve business goals.
Ensures achievement of Business Development Goals on sales revenue and maintains sales expenditures and costs within budget.
Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions. Works in individual development of direct reports and coaches them to achieve goals and professional growth.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business-related field 5 years’ experience in Sales Management of a similar size business and complexity (multiple branches, territories) Sales experience and achievements demonstrate good sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching and development of a sales team Good oral and written communication skills in English and one Filipino dialect Must pass the on-line Assessment for Area Business Development Managers
