We are looking for IT Compliance and Governance Managers who will be part of our Corporate IT organization that owns IT Governance, Risk and Compliance.

As a Compliance & Governance Manager, you will provide IT Policy and Standards governance for the areas of IT Governance, IT Risk Management, and IT Compliance & Verification.

This work helps drive business results by ensuring effective governance and stewardship of IT throughout the Company to get best return on IT investment and to manage business risks related to IT standards compliance.

You will be in charge of leading Governance Activities to ensure different IT groups within P&G are actively complying with, and improving on certain policy or risk areas.

You will constantly learn industry-relevant frameworks and methodologies, and are required to bring this external knowledge back to P&G.

This role demands a depth of experience in Stewardship, including the ability to engage effectively with leadership at all levels in designing and carrying out these critical governance processes.

What you will be doing :

  • Developing expertise on the policy / standards / controls by collaborating with other corporate IT policy experts, and potentially over time becoming the corporate policy owner
  • Understanding different organizations’ use of IT including the key partner areas of R&D and Product Supply
  • Leading harmonization of any standards variations in the receiving organizations / functions, to reach a state in which standards variations only exist when they bring significant business value
  • Deploying IT policy and standards to relevant resources, in collaboration with function and business unit 2nd Line of Defense organizations
  • Assisting 1st Line issue owners to evaluate compliance issues and reach decisions regarding how those issues can be resolved, including evaluating cases where resolution would require extended time and approvals to become compliant
  • Monitoring compliance and risk in non-GBS organizations and reporting the findings as part of overall IT Policy & Governance organization responsibility to provide CIO and line organization awareness of risks
  • Qualifications

    Here are the kinds of skills we’re looking for :

    At least 5 years working experience in IT Governance or Compliance Roles, or in Information Security

    Intermediate to advanced English language, both written and spoken

    Basic to intermediate ITIL Processes Knowledge

    Good understanding of infrastructure, information security and policies best practices

    Desired Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ITIL Intermediate
