Primary Objective of the role :
Reporting to the Concierge Lead (CL), the CA helps the CL in ensuring that admin-related requirements of internal / external customers across all the TOA sites are met while ensuring that the adherence to said standards align with the TOA Values.
The Concierge Assistant will lead the coordination across the various shifts and locations and ensure seamless execution and handover of the administrative routines in the site assigned.
The CA will also assist in emergency situations through their knowledge of the locations that they are assigned to. As part of the Operations team, the CA will also represent the Admin and Facilities team in support managers, employees and clients through a variety of tasks related to organization and operations.
They will also assist in driving improvements, specific to their functions. Key qualifications / Experience
