Amazon Business Manager

Are you a highly reliable and strategic Amazon Business Manager who can ensure the overall company’s success by managing all areas such as operations, strategic planning, inventory management, and marketing?

About The Role

You will be the primary person responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. You contributions will be vital to the company's success and will include identifying process deficiencies, proposing creative & effective solutions, and testing & implement those solutions.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly proactive and has an owner / operator mindset, has positive and team-oriented approach, is highly analytical and loves to solve problems.

As the Amazon Business Manager, you will provide excellence by :

Strategic Planning & Implementation

  • Assess our current processes and implement changes that demonstrably improve results and allow us to efficiently scale up our operations
  • Develop strategic initiatives that have a tangible financial impact on revenues and / or expense base
  • Drive the successful implementation of our strategic initiatives ensuring there is buy-in from all key stakeholders
  • Finding knowledge and skills gaps and helping to address them
  • Operations Management

  • Managing and overseeing daily operations
  • Performing Profit and Loss analyses
  • Ensuring all KPIs either met or exceed our targets
  • Inventory Management

  • Planning and implementing processes to optimize inventory management and overall supply chain
  • Identifying inventory shortfalls and taking corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Requirements

    Do you have what it takes to be our Amazon Business Manager?

    Consider yourself highly qualified if you have :

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience and broad understanding of e-Commerce
  • Experience in Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred but not required
  • Experience and knowledge with P&L analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent understanding of D2C business structure
  • Strong operations background
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
  • Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation
  • Nice-to-haves :

  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies for an e-commerce brand
  • Experience with product research for direct-to-consumer products
  • Knowledge of e-commerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Etsy, etc. as well as affiliate marketing
  • Experience handling an Amazon store i.e. Seller Central
  • This is a remote position.
