holder will assist in compensation ad-hoc reporting and analysis as neededThe role-holder will contribute to driving continuous process improvements

  • 1 - 2 years of HR Reports & Analytics work experience from a shared services company
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills required
  • Experience in HRIS system preferred (e.g. Workday)
  • Experience in Visualization Tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote, Tableau)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Self-starter with good time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and create communication materials between Business Leaders and Technical Groups.
