  • Mainly handles challenging inquiry and answers technical inquiries escalated from the frontline.
  • Prepares FAQs of difficult questions to improve the team's problem-solving ability.
  • Concurrently serves as a trainer and carries out training sessions with the team.
  • At least college level with at least 6 months TSR experience in a BPO company
  • Fresh Graduates with any Computer or IT related course with strong software knowledge are welcome to apply
  • Strong Software Troubleshooting Knowledge
  • Good to Excellent English communications skills
  • Willing to work on a fixed graveyard schedule : 12 MN to 9 AM
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Center Pasig
