The Key Areas of Responsibility are Budgets and Reports; Audits (Internal); overseeing Policies & Procedures of all finance functions, Insurances and Fixed Assets, cash flow & budgeting, management & board reporting, taking ownership of an upcoming systems implementation with subsequent process improvements.
Monitor financial budget, funding projection and fulfilment for projects.
Drives the Company's Financial Planning.
Perform risk management by analyzing the oganization's liabilities and investments;
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance management role.
Professional Membership (e.g. Certified Practicing Accountants or Chartered Accountants).
Experience in process and systems improvement.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Organised with the ability to lead a team effectively through change and bed down new processes.
Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, project cost control, management reporting, internal control and compliance.
