Responsibilities :

Compensation and benefits administration

  • Assist employees in availing company and government benefits
  • Track and record availment of employees company benefits
  • Record Keeping and Maintenance

  • Maintain and update 201 Folders of all employees
  • File and secure documents of employees submitted / collected during period of employment
  • Regularly update employee database for audit and reference
  • Effective Communication

  • Coordinate with line supervisors and management heads for timely submission of performance review forms in relation to regularization, promotion and other employment information changes
  • Communicate with Recruitment and Training Departments on employee / trainee data and requirements
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies to ensure comprehensive knowledge of current provisions and regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Other

  • Complete tasks delegated / assigned by the C & B Lead
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required
  • Education and Experience

  • College Graduate with a Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science
  • Minimum 1 year related experience as Compensation and Benefits Associate
  • Skills and Attributes

  • Knowledge in Labor Law and government mandated benefits
  • Knowledge in preparation of payroll reports
  • Knowledge in HR practices
  • Analytical Skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Decision-Making Skills
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
