Job Description :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree
Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course (Computer Science / Information Technology)
Must have significant years (3+ years) of practice in the Information technology industry with solid practice in Business / Systems Analysis and must be very detailed in documenting business requirements.
Proven practice of working with diverse teams and stakeholders;
Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise.
Proven capability to communicate effectively with all levels of technical and management personnel.
practice in Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Salesforce Project Management tool.
practice with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Experience in End to end business analysis
Must be a quick thinker, learner who is also willing to share what they learn with the rest of the team
Willing to work in the night shift to provide coverage during PST time zone
Job responsibilities :
Analyze business requirements and create or maintain functional specifications or use case.
Prepare design specification using functional specifications as input.
Evaluate Business Requirement against functional capabilities of a packaged software and document result in a gap analysis report.
Prepare Test Cases and Test Scripts and lead software quality assurance activities.
Research and resolve of business partner inquiries.
Responsible for coordinating business and technical requirements
Defines user experience, business process flow and business rules logic
Partner with onshore counterparts
Strong system support etiquette; providing updates and following through until completion / resolution
Coordinate with business and technical teams to get resolution on issues
Understands audience and communicates effectively
Providing metrics and reporting
