Job Summary :
The Junior Clinical Performance Improvement Officer is responsible for data collection, data analysis and feedback on patient satisfaction / dissatisfaction, and regular review of systems and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Collects managerial and administrative data for hospital performance indicators.
2. Summarizes compliance, deviations, and trends and recommends potential process improvement activities.
3. Reports and coordinated with his / her Department Manager on the required data to facilitate analysis.
4. Co-facilitates Quality and Patient Safety programs with the Departments through roll-out, orientations and training.
Minimum Educational Attainment : Bachelor's degree in any healthcare-related course
Work Experience : At least three (3) years of experience in a healthcare institution.
Good oral and writtencommunications skills and interpersonal skills
