Assists the Recruitment Manager in consistently developing manpower planning and management strategies.
Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
Works hand in hand with the marketing group in promoting the company to help in sourcing strategy.
Manages the administrative components involved in the Sourcing Recruitment Life Cycle and job advertisement.
Assists in designing or revising recruitment tools, policies, forms and contract (if needed and advised).
Coordinates with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and document detailed search assignments to ensure an understanding of job duties ad responsibilities and business requirements
Liaise with the hiring managers regarding the status of endorsed candidate.
Review resumes, credentials and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the recruitment manager and hiring managers as required.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-
art recruiting practices
Prepares statistical report for Sourcing and Recruitment in coordination with the Recruitment Manager.
Develops and maintains excellent working relations within the Recruitment and Operations Team
Performs such other recruitment related functions that may be assigned from time
Candidate must be a degree holder either of Human Resource Management, Psychology, and Business Administration.
At least 4 years of working experience (2 years specializing in BPO, shared service and recruitment firm) is required for this position.
Experience of working in Shared Services’ environment and dealing with multi-national offices.
Must have a wide range of connection / tight-up with recruitment partners that will support sourcing.
Extensive experience in data processing of manpower
