This position is responsible for providing day-to-day customer operational support to both internal and external customers with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
The operational tasks including contracts submission / processing (renewals, cancellations, trials, etc), user authentication and product access issues, account maintenance, and various reporting activities to facilitate smooth product delivery.
Further, the role assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing the gNS CX Operation tasks and overall goals, while ensuring high quality standards are maintained.
The role requires strong analytical skills, including strong Excel skills, project management, and problem-solving skills.
This position exists to provide analytical review and support for the gNS specialty customers.
