  • Process office paper works as requested by Supervisor
  • Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Analyze data information from spreadsheets and creating required reports
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be a college graduate of any course
  • At least 6 months of work experience in a BPO setting or back office position
  • Willing to work in Cebu
  • Able to operate a computer
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs including but not limited to Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Able to learn other software programs required by the department
  • Able to operate a cell phone and other communication tools
