Job Description

  • Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.
  • Provide daily support with resolution in timely manner and escalate tickets to Level 2 support if necessary.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer to ensure better grasp of the product and domain.
  • Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
  • Prepapre extensive documentaion when logging product issues including observations, diagnoses and action steps.
  • Monitor infrastracture
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably with 2 years solid experience in the related field
  • Strong analytical skills and keen to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Can easily adapt to the changing demands
