  • Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers with billing and account queries
  • Resolve customer issues by telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Bachelor’s / College Degree holder with 6 months BPO Experience.
  • 2 year Associate / Vocational course with 12 months BPO Experience.
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers
  • Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired
  • Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
