Job Description

The Senior HR Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for performing administrative support in the delivery of human resource services to employees such as :

  • Employees compensation and company benefits
  • Attendance monitoring & timekeeping
  • Employee relations
  • Employee engagement.
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree.
  • Preferred skills : Client-management, Background on Labor Relations, Background on Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping and maintaining of employee records.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
