Key Responsibilities :
Responsible on developing the E-commerce strategy with 3rd party digital marketplaces with a full understanding of all the relevant supporting functions and roles of E-
commerce which includes pricing, logistics, customer acquisition, product development, merchandising
Manages digital marketplace accounts : accreditations, compliance, processing of orders, reporting and inventory management.
Generates and manages annual E-Commerce sales and profitability plans and monitor results against annual business plan for the E-
Commerce channel. E-CRM (Client Relationship Management) Database management and follow-up communications (all brands)
Assists in collaboration and review meetings with internal stakeholders ensuring forecast accuracy and the achievement of fill rates to required levels.
Evaluates issues and effectively communicate technical and nontechnical solutions to peers and customers.
Closely coordinates with Marketing to develop and implement annual online initiatives and inform go-to-market strategies.
Coordinates with the Marketing team to have a collective consumer and retailer feedback to develop new insights into shopping behavior and product development.
Increase the share of e-commerce to retail sales without sacrificing retail sales within established business channels. Leverage existing relationships with digital marketplace partners to drive sales growth.
Submission of sales reports, competitive reports and relevant market intelligence report, as well as provide Insights and Analytics reports.
