Job Purpose

The Manager of Service Delivery is looking for a creative team player to drive the Service Information development.

The primary responsibility of this role is to work with pre-production team to develop Service and Owners Guide content and oversee quality and accuracy of information.

This role reports to the Manager of Service Delivery.


  • You will be responsible for overseeing all development of Service Manual and Owners Guide materials
  • Working closely with Vehicle Product Mgmt, Design and Engineering to develop diagnostic troubleshooting and wiring diagram information
  • Oversee Labor Time Development
  • Track milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely
  • Institute effective program management processes, tools, and best practices to bring efficiency and support collaboration efforts
  • Foster an environment of open communication with all stakeholders
  • Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong project management skills
  • Passionate, open-minded, and self-reflecting
  • Ability to work in a team and ready to play different roles

  • Experience working in agile teams

  • Master's degree in business administration or relevant field
