Cold calling from a raw database
Refer prospective qualified leads to Chartis Business Development Managers
Responding to customers on the Online Chat
Follow up phone call to customers regarding EDMs
Building relationship with existing customers
Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner
Be able to solve customer problems / concerns

Experience in a call centre environment

Relevant experience of 2 years
