As a Customer Service Representative, you™ll represent the account and interact with clients by doing sales and lead generation.

Your day could see you :

Cold calling from a raw database

Refer prospective qualified leads to Charti™s Business Development Managers

Update CRM

Responding to customers on the Online Chat

Processing orders

Follow up phone call to customers regarding EDM™s

Building relationship with existing customers

Responding to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a timely manner

Be able to solve customer problems / concerns

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to multi-task

Self-motivated and take initiative

Experience in a call centre environment

Experience in customer service

Open communication with TL and Charti™s Client Service Manager

Achieve KPI™s

Relevant experience of 2 years
