Job Description :

The Global Mobility Team Lead will manages, practice, executes and actively owns assigned tasks. S / he could have greater visibility to day-to-day operations and foresight on potential issues.

This role will also have moderate to high level of interaction with customers & stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages the Philippines Inbound Processing Team including destination services for assignees
  • Pro-active & timely engagement with the customer, business, client project managers, sponsors & key stakeholders in corporate functions, enabling a wholesome & synergized experience to all involved in the service delivery chain to ensure compliant, safe & secure mobility.
  • Practice & facilitate mobility & related policies. Ensure policy compliance & adherence, targeting efficiency & consistency.
  • Adopt, implement & monitor internal controls including checks for complex / restricted countries with focus on safety & security parameters

  • Consistently adopt, use & socialize mobility processes & tools for seamless enablement of destination services, immigration & tax processes, Venture & Acquisitions deals / cases after cutover, travel management & escalations.
  • Ensure synchronization of all associated services including, but not limited to travel arrangements, visa requirements, foreign exchange / currency enablement, health insurance & expense claims.

  • Identify atypical issues & assess methods for resolving customer queries of varying intensity, to ensure high quality & swift responses across teams.
  • Pre-empt & articulate potential escalations, inform first level of escalation & involve respective leads, associated teams, management & stakeholders as essential and appropriate, record the occurrence in designated tools / channels, provide all the critical information for deliberation & possible paths for immediate resolution.

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course
  • Requires 4 years mobility or relocation management experience with 1 year supervisory or people management experience
  • Experience with Philippine Immigration / BI / DOLE
  • Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
  • Regular Shift, 9AM-6PM (Monday Friday)
