Job Description :
The Global Mobility Team Lead will manages, practice, executes and actively owns assigned tasks. S / he could have greater visibility to day-to-day operations and foresight on potential issues.
This role will also have moderate to high level of interaction with customers & stakeholders.
Adopt, implement & monitor internal controls including checks for complex / restricted countries with focus on safety & security parameters
Ensure synchronization of all associated services including, but not limited to travel arrangements, visa requirements, foreign exchange / currency enablement, health insurance & expense claims.
Pre-empt & articulate potential escalations, inform first level of escalation & involve respective leads, associated teams, management & stakeholders as essential and appropriate, record the occurrence in designated tools / channels, provide all the critical information for deliberation & possible paths for immediate resolution.
