Key Responsibilities :
â¢Act as a scrum master for our 2 software development teams (10 persons in total).
â¢Owns and is personally accountable for the successful management of the critical path, budget and overall project plans for those projects within their control.
â¢Provides project management expertise to organization and team. Leads project teams, working with the full project life cycle.
â¢Make sure that quality and coding processes are respected and continuously improving.
â¢Acts as escalation point for project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, working with the team to devise and implement effective mitigation strategies taking corrective action to achieve resolution to the satisfaction of Stakeholders and / or business sponsor.
â¢Oversees key day-to-day operational, governance and tactical activities on projects
â¢Manage the Scrum ceremonies and address teamsâ impediments.
â¢Ensure teams are maintaining project budgets, plans & schedules.
â¢Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance standards.
â¢Ensure sponsorâs business requirements have been clearly defined and documented.
â¢Extensive liaison with senior leaders in a diverse range of businesses and technical functions.
â¢Create a positive climate of resources adding value in delivering projects by striving for excellence and contributing to the overall achievement of companyâs strategy.
â¢Coach and help the teams on tools and processes.
Required Skills and Experience
â¢Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Computer Science or any technology-related field.
â¢Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile experience preferred
â¢Minimum of 4 years, preferably 6 years of Project Management experience
â¢Experience in Agile development
â¢Flexibility to work on technology, change and business process programs
â¢In-depth knowledge and proven application of Project Management methodologies and full project lifecycle including documentation standards, risk, issue, assumption and dependency management and change controls process
â¢Familiarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysis
â¢Ability to coach a team
â¢Strong in communication and in problems resolution
Preferred Skills / Experience
â¢Infrastructure and / or Enterprise Data experience
â¢Experience in banking industry
