Customer service - in person, online, and via phone : Provide a positive, enthusiastic customer service experience. Provide a single point of contact for NMHC HR customer service.
Interact with all levels of Management in communicating HR policies and procedures. Initiation of service request documentation in the NMHC case management system.
Collection of pertinent case data from customers. Provide status of cases to customers throughout resolution. Routing of cases to HR subject matter experts or vendors as required for resolution.
Follow-up on cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution. Relaying personnel information to employees, managers and outside parties-
understanding when / what is appropriate to release. Escalates customer services inquires and issues to the MyHR Team Lead to aid in resolving.
HR Transactions & Data Integrity : Calculate pay changes by interpreting compensation rules and pay practices. Maintenance of the electronic personnel record.
Timely and accurate entry of personnel action requests received on a bi-weekly basis in conjunction with payroll cycles.
Timely and accurate entry of new hire paperwork received from Recruitment. Entry, troubleshooting and auditing of data entry responsibilities.
Ensure that all deductions, accruals and historical employment dates are accurate for rehires. Calculate and communicate time-
off accruals to employees and managers. Run queries regularly to audit data to meet data integrity standards.
Additional Functions : Participate in User Acceptance Testing for core HR systems. Assist with Benefits enrollment annually as requested.
Assist with other projects as called upon.
