About Your Client :

Your client is an international executive search and recruitment business based in Sydney. They specialize in recruitment for the mining and resources industry, connecting innovative businesses with high-performing professionals.

What You Will Do :

  • Business administration : Formatting resumes and other documents, as well as business materials.
  • Social media management : LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
  • General database work : business research about the mining industry; familiarity with JobAdder would be an advantage.
  • Personal Assistant duties : Sending emails, booking flights, taking phone messages, etc.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Can read, write, and speak English precisely.
  • Strong computer competency : high proficiency in MS Office plus the ability to learn how to use new software quickly. Must know how to format and prepare documents well.
  • Social media engagement and community management experience.
  • Has initiative and is driven to make a difference.
  • Able to follow instructions carefully and work towards set outcomes.
  • Dedicated to learning new things and improving self personally and professionally.
