Job Description :
Management of multiple SAS implementation programs to provide internal and external leadership on all customer-facing programs, providing leadership, coaching and oversight to one or more SAS Program Directors.
Effectively manage client Executive Management expectations fully and effectively
Function as an advisor to the client executive management / project sponsor level stakeholders
Communicate weekly project status reports, issues, alerts, signoffs and closure to the SAS management and client stakeholders.
Provide recommendation or advice to the project team on approach project execution specifically attuned to navigating C-Level Expectations
Provide effective, tailored, timely and consistently cadenced communication of changes, risks and issues to the customer to ensure smooth working relationship between the customer and SAS.
Ensure customer satisfaction - letting customer recognize SAS as a trusted business partner
Resolve any conflict within programs managed and other organizational units in a swift, effective and satisfactory manner, including but not limited to -
engaging SAS and customer leadership.
Obtain access to client executive decision makers; creates and presents a solution for decision makers.
Select the appropriate approvals to gain win / win resolutions and can appropriately lead negotiations.
Provide strategy and recommendations to the SAS implementation project team on implementation approaches or industry best practices in project delivery.
Ensuring the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
Accountable for overall SAS Program Governance including planning, prioritizing, implementing and adjusting the delivery schedule, scope, resourcing and quality of the program and project requirements.
Proactively endorse and socialize PH Professional Services Director to all involved customer executive project stakeholders including, but not limited to, C-
Level leadership / sponsor to establish strong business association in favor of SAS.
Shall report directly to the local PSD Director all executive decisions should be made only through the PSD management;
no executive decision should be made for and behalf of SAS by the Subcontractor
Deep Program Management experience for strategic corporate initiative.
8+ years program managing and release enterprise grade software products for on premise, cloud with a track record of having driven projects and or initiatives in sizeable organizations.
Highly motivated, detailed-oriented and organized.
Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of SAS Solutions and product lines.
Experience analyzing data with advanced tools like Excel, SAS, Python and Tableau.
Experience with Business and Enterprise Architecture disciplines.
Ability to take ownership and execute on project portfolios across multiple client engagements
Proven track record at writing and maintaining detailed processes to facilitate organizational scale, visibility, and predictability.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships through passion and influence, collaborating across all program components and stakeholders
Ability to hit the ground running immediately managing key projects happening in the greater Metro Manila area.
Maintain a positive working relationship within the department and across organizational boundaries to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
Strong exposure to the Banking and Finance Industry
