Job Description : Tech Recruiter
Job Summary : Technical Recruiters take part in hiring the best candidates to fill information technology positions in the company.
He / She is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, screening, interviewing, and placing potential workers for the job. He / She will handle human resources duties, such as employee relations, benefits, compensation, and onboarding.
Job Responsibilities :
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, sourcing methodology, process, and technology.
Monitor quality of recruitment output to ensure SLAs are met across all projects.
Ensure accurate and real-time usage of the recruitment system to provide accurate and appropriate reporting to stakeholders.
Coordinate with the recruitment manager for client-related concerts, and onboarding manager for internal and process controls.
Allocate team member KPIs and assignments within the account.
Provide coaching and development for the team.
Support and implement corporate decisions regarding recruitment operations to maximize team effectiveness.
Related Experience :
2 years minimum of recruitment experience
Extensive subject knowledge in a respective domain to conduct primary screening.
Willing to work in a vast outbound calling environment.
Must have prior experience in working in a target-oriented environment.
Working Conditions :
Amenable to work on a graveyard shift.
May be required to work on public holidays / weekends
Amenable to work with Time Doctor
Possesses adequate Work-from-home Infrastructure
