As a member of the Operation of C-Joy, the Assetand Material Management Manager interacts with internal customers and externalsuppliers and vendors to ensure smooth operations of the entire C-Joyoperation.
The Asset and Material Management Manager is responsible inmaintaining the entire asset of the plant . The Asset and Material ManagementManager conducts daily, weekly, monthly and year end inventory cycle count pertaining to asset andmaterial as specified in her job description.
The Asset and Material ManagementManager ensures inventory accuracy at all time and accounts all asset. This role will also assist OperationsDirector in understanding of the basic business practices and procedures tomanage, organize and coordinate processes for procurement, preventivemaintenance, establish systematic method to define the life cycle of an asset,of materials, of services, of capital expenditures and of supplies.
Asset and Raw andPackaging Materials Function and support
Responsible in Ensuringactual and system inventory 100% accuracy at all times both for Raw Material / Packaging Materials & MRO Items & Asset (Equipment & Operationtools and material).
Check and validate BOMCompliance of RM / PM.
Responsible in Maintainingasset management system, keeping it up to date for all equipment assets throughtheir life cycle.
Responsible in Establishinga preventative maintenance compliance system for all equipment asset types.
Establish a systematicmethod to define life cycle of an asset and make recommendations as and whenany asset needs to be replaced or retired.
Work with vendors toevaluate new technology / upgrades on our assets, related to efficiency / energyimprovement, maintenance cost reduction and life cycle improvement.
Define costsavings / ROI and provide recommendation to upper management.
Monitors all non-CAPEXexpenditures, repairs and maintenance, utilization and under-utilized equipmentand all asset movements.
Identify opportunities toreduce maintenance spend through leveraging real-time data.
Develop Total Cost ofOwnership (TCO) models to optimize equipment life.
Provide guidance indeveloping asset management policies, procedures and best practices through theunderstanding our equipment and asset use and asset life cycle.
Support Operationsand Maintenance Asset and Material Management as assigned.
Projects related toAsset and Material Management, RM / PM BOMs ,etc .
Gathering andreporting general internal spend data to Operations Director.
Provides reportsand updates to Leadership Team on all asset management functions.
Oversee entirebudget of Operations and Maintenance including EHS and other related budgetmonitoring pertaining to operation.
Otherduties as assigned
Strong knowledge inthe area of asset and equipment maintenance poultry industry includingoperational procedures and processes.
Candidate mustpossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or anyEngineering course.
Minimum experienceof 3 5 years asset or material management experience preferably in poultryindustry.
Ability to managemultiple priorities
Strong written,verbal and interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate ideas and issueseffectively and concisely to all levels of management.
Knowledgeable offorecasting and budgeting.
Strong integrityand moral principles aligned with Cargill's Guiding Principles
