The Training and Quality Lead will formulate the team’s training and quality strategy and have it implemented to enhance the Team’s skills, overall process performance and ensure quality of work.
The candidate will establish a formal QA process and oversee all aspects of quality assurance including but not limited to metrics, industry best practices, new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Key Accountabilities :
Identify and assess current and future training needs.
Draw an individual and team training and development plan.
Create an overall certification plan that aligns to the long-term goal of the team.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects. Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations.
Enhance the quality standards and process of the team.
Manage the team’s continuous improvement platform and dashboards
Participate in process improvement initiatives and / or completes relative documentation (i.e. internal team audit, OSCA, etc.) when required.
Conduct a complete assessment of team and processes, define issues and risks. Oversee the design and introduction of tools, processes and best practices to improve throughput, communication and on-
time delivery of the Team’s project / s.
Minimum Requirement to Hire :
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
Familiar with managing data and performing process analysis
Has experience implementing LEAN projects or practice
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Able to design and execute successful training and quality programs
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Familiarity with skills / capability assessments a plus
Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action
Must pass current job expectations and meet performance metrics
Able to contribute to the team and organization’s continuous improvement
Minimum Experience :
Proven work experience as a Training and Quality Lead with Financial Services or Middle and Back office operations
Must pass current job expectations and meet performance metrics.
Degree in Education, Computer Science / Information Technology, Financial / Investments, Business Administration degree holder or other relevant post-
secondary education preferred.
Soft Skills :
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent comprehension, analytical and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Technical Skills :
With strong understanding of MS Office applications.
Knowledge with Articulate or any e-Learning software
Training certification a plus
LOMA level 1 certification is a plus
Need to design and perform a training demo session on New Technology Trends on Innovation
