Role Description :
Shall be reporting to the Head of South East Asia
Responsible for growth strategy and the ongoing servicing of all Indonesia Philippines and Facultative (Cedant and Corporate) Client
Determine Client Requirements, articulate and practice Aon United and provide access to relevant Aon Capabilities
Work together with Specialty Team, Regional Management to provide Strategic Direction for selected accounts but not limited to Tenders, Placement, Servicing, Client Relationship and Engagement
Engage with Prospects and Current Clients at Senior Management Level
Work with the regional management team to develop a sustainable Philippines’ strategy for the next 3-5 years to position Aon Re Philippines for growth
Working with growth leadership team in Singapore to help develop and grow specialty lines of business
Operational leadership tasks including but not limited to people management, recruitment, managing practice and working groups, setting team processes and procedures, peer review and prioritization
Able to fully articulate the pillars of Treaty and Facultative Strategy, manage reinsurers and maintain updated knowledge on the Insurance, Reinsurance, Competitor and Regulator activities always.
Identifying and training / mentoring new talent for the Philippine office
Ensure operational Compliance with Regulatory requirements and Aon Group policy
About you :

Commercial and eye for business to prioritise what is most important and demonstrate resources across the organization to drive business results
Financial experience to develop business plans and analyse and interpret business results
Credentials of successful leadership

Educated to university degree level and having strong quantitative and analytical analysis
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Filipino
