Job Description

  • Act as point of contact for assigned designers through Email, Chat and Phone
  • Responsible for securing and expand the growth of the artists.
  • Build good working relationships with assigned artists
  • Report on success KPI's to the team lead
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address artist's needs
  • Help new artists in establishing their collection and promotion inside and outside VIDA via the artist's own social media channels.
  • Collaborate with new and existing artists to help build their personal brand
  • Help the artists on how to up-sell or cross-sell their services and products
  • Design Concierge - Q&A for overall product details / designs
  • Explore opportunities to expand artist's' online visibility and increase commercial sales
  • Responsible for account setup, maintenance and support
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service handling retail and e-commerce account
  • Has the capacity to analyze seasonal trends and must be up-to-date with marketplace trends and current fashion to provide accurate recommendations to the designers / artists
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and under minimal supervision
  • Has excellent communication skills and with outgoing personality, confidence, leadership skills and creativity.
  • Comfortable to handle phone, chat and email communication in a professional way
  • Basic photoshop / illustrator skills
  • Be familiar with social media channels as a way of communication and promotion
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel is a plus
