Trait & Segment Taxonomy (cleanup) : Ensure previously and newly created traits follow proper naming conventions and trait makeup (evars, props, etc.

  • Trait & Segment Ongoing Monitoring : Ensure all existing traits are realizing and capturing properly. Note any downward trends or fluctuations and flag old traits for removal.
  • Site Update Impact Assessment : Identify potential impacts and risks to ongoing AAM collection when live pages are updated and new pages are deployed.
  • Flag existing traits that are potential at risk and communicate when new traits need to be created.

  • Trait Folder Assessment : Review folder structure to ensure proper naming, collection, and validity. Identify risks and communicate findings to the team for further investigation.
  • DMP Library Documentation : Add all new traits to DMP Library and note which are no longer in use. Ensure documentation is up to date so it can be referenced on a daily basis.
  • General experience with DMPs, preferably Adobe Audience Manager
