Job Summary
Manage day-to-day human resources (HR) activities of assigned locations in support of FIS guiding principles, performance objectives and business strategies
What you will be doing
Partner with business in driving HR strategies in various areas of Performance management, Discipline Management, Employee Development, Employee Engagement, Inclusion and Diversity that is guided by FIS Values.
Communicates company and HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Leads the investigating committee for disciplinary cases, interacts with the external Legal consultant on a need basis, and recommends appropriate resolution of the case.
Represents the company to DOLE / NLRC during SENA (Single Entry Approach) or legal arbitration and audit compliances
Handles the Employee Grievance Prepares various reports by collecting data from source documents, performing statistical analysis and presentation to aid management in decision making.
Works with different HR COEs (Center of Excellence) and HRBP (HR Business Partner) on project / business initiatives or issues / challenges
Ensuring the employee database (Workday) is up to date
Facilitate Learning Sessions related on HR matters Facilitate SKIP and Focus Group Discussion
Other related duties assigned as needed.

Excellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills

Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.
Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Establishes operational objectives and work plans and may delegate assignments to others.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action and administer company policies.
Works closely with managers and other supervisors on team issues.
Has wide latitude for decision-making.
Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel.
Ability to negotiate complex processes and issues with others.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship.
Contributes to the development, documentation and implementation of standards or guidelines.
