The Sr. Specialist for Regional Marketing is responsible for supporting department leadership in effectively communicating corporate messages with regional internal audiences and managing the reputation of the company and its senior leaders.

This position directs and implements a variety of internal communication programs and projects that support Concentrix business objectives, including the timely and effective dissemination of relevant information throughout the company.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

  • Create and implement internal communication plans, as well as Employee Communications components of integrated communication plans.
  • Formulate and implement communication strategies including sensitive, urgent company announcements in a timely and effective manner.
  • Support corporate giving initiatives and related employee communication efforts.
  • Serve as resource for internal communication expertise and general company information.
  • Manage and track the effectiveness of corporate produced internal newsletters, e-publications, broadcast messages, special presentations and publications, and other internal communication vehicles and events as needed.
  • Facilitate understanding and awareness of external and industry events, and other important initiatives.
  • Proactively identify internal communication opportunities that align with corporate objectives and business initiatives.
  • Create compelling, award-winning content for industry and / or communications / brand specific award nominations.
  • Candidate Profile

  • 4 to 6 Years of relevant experience in any of the following : Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR, Advertising, Media, Publication, or equivalent
  • Relevant experience writing / managing communications in a BPO / outsouring / offshoring environment, preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Mastery of communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management disposition and sense of professionalism
  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and the outsourcing industry, preferred
  • Demonstrated business acumen
