To assist hotel reservations according to hotel standards
To check the day’s arrivals each morning in order to be aware of the business of the day, to identify priority guests, VIPs not flagged up, wrong profiles, present and potential corporate bookings to increase revenue for the company.
To act as a point of contact for all guests, using the Club Lounge or Lobby desk as a base, providing assistance, and offering them efficient customer service, identifying their needs as well as product knowledge.
To action / deal with any complaints / queries expressed by guests, informing the Front Office
Manager and asking for assistance when necessary.
Meets organizers and guests of functions held in the hotel.
Be part of preventive maintenance team and check randomly rooms on a daily basis aside from the rooms inspected for VIP.
Keep track of deficiencies and follow up with maintenance team.
Roves the entire property ensure that the operation is running smoothly.
Preferably Europeans or Japanese Speakers
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken.
